Isabgol is a rich source of soluble and insoluble fibre makes Isabgol the best remedy for constipation. It is also effective in IBS and diarrhoea. It has diuretic, emollient and cooling properties. Isabgol enhances the sensation of fullness and reduces hunger cravings.

SUGGESTED DOSAGE

Constipation and general use: Take 2 teaspoons with warm water or milk at night. Diarrhoea: Take 2 teaspoons mixed with yoghurt as needed.
